Charity

We are a school founded on Christian principles of public service and charity. We therefore hold several charity events throughout the year to raise money for various local, national and international charities, all with an emphasis on child welfare. These include the Farleigh Hospice of mid-Essex, Children in Need, Save the Children and Operation Christmas Child, an initiative run by the Samaritan's Purse to aid children in war-torn or famine-stricken parts of the world.

We are a particular supporter of the Servite missions throughout the world. These include schools, health clinics and community centres in Burma, Chilé, Congo, Jamaica, Mozambique, the Philippines and S. Africa.

We collect for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

In a typical year we collect over £2,000 for charity.
